Trever's Blade, Ragnarok

Name: Ragnarok

Appearance: At first glance, Ragnarok may appear to be an ordinary double bladed sword, but its design is very intricate and custom made to fit Trever's specific requests. At the very middle of the weapon is a decorated interlocking point (Two wolves, the sun and moon, the moon is beginning to consume the sun. In the middle of this intricate design is a lightning bolt which is where the two swords separate from). Turning the blades in opposite directions allows the two blades to come apart. Releasing the swords exposes a long chain that runs between the two, that can be used to make the weapon more versatile, giving a variety of ways to use this weapon. The weapon was custom made to Trever's liking and will forever be passed down through his line. He dreams that the sword itself, and thus each of his kin that wield it, will become legendary.

Ragnarok:

Weapon Type: Enchanted Double Sided Chain Sword

Effective Range: This weapon from end to end is exactly 8 feet in length, each sword thus being 4 feet, which is the precise range when held standardly from the middle handles while the swords are connected. An alternate handling of the weapon can result in a 5 foot effective range when held at the two extreme handles on one side. Separated, the two swords have a range of 3 feet while Trever his holding them from the guarded handles. The chain between the swords can extend out up to 12 feet in length when released, which makes a sword able to be thrown at a target 16 feet away maximum.

Enchantment: The enchantment itself is very conditional, which equals out the variety packed within the physical nature of the weapon itself. If the weapon is struck by lightning, whether natural or magical, the weapon becomes charged and gains its magical effect. When charged by lightning, a line of pure energy forms between the two metal blade edges and the weapon essentially becomes a lightning charged longbow, whose arrows will be charged with lightning speed, accuracy, and damage. The bow can fire at a range of up to 1200 feet, as normal longbows can. The lightning charge lasts for 4 posts and after the duration the weapon returns to its normal state. The cooldown requires 8 posts after returning to its normal form and then obviously must be struck with lightning again to become charged once more.
